I was truly impressed by this hotel. The rooms were massive with gorgeous garden views, filled with sunlight, and incredibly quiet, which is a real treat in bustling Vietnam. The upgrade to my room was an unexpected delight. The service was top-notch with exceptionally friendly and efficient staff, even if they could benefit from a bit more training. The location was superb, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and nightlife. The dining options were good, offering a nice range of healthy and Vietnamese dishes. Overall, a wonderful stay with some minor room for improvement.
